 and a new opportunity within the European Care Strategy. At the same tim
 e\, local implementation is everything\, as healthcare happens on the fl
 oor. An optimal nutritional status is vital for patients throughout the 
 continuum of care and thus requires an integrated approach. All stakehol
 ders\, whether healthcare professionals\, patients\, or policymakers\, s
 hould realise: if you are serious about health\, you should be serious a
 bout nutrition.\n\nDuring this event\, we will learn from the Czech Repu
 blic\, which now holds the EU’s presidency. What are local good practice
 s? And how does the European Union impact a patient’s outcomes and quali
 ty of life? Key stakeholders will present their cases and discuss soluti
