Launch of Video Series for Healthcare Professionals in Hungary
As part of Malnutrition Awareness Week 2024, the Hungarian ONCA (Optimal Nutritional Care for All) working group is proud to announce the launch of a three-part video series aimed at educating healthcare professionals (HCPs) on key aspects of malnutrition screening and clinical nutrition.
This video series has been specially designed to equip healthcare professionals with essential tools and knowledge to better identify and treat malnutrition in clinical settings, helping to improve patient outcomes and streamline care.
What the Series Covers:
- Malnutrition Screening:
Learn how to effectively screen for malnutrition using practical, evidence-based techniques that can be easily integrated into routine patient care. - GLIM Criteria:
Dive into the Global Leadership Initiative on Malnutrition (GLIM) criteria, the internationally recognized standard for diagnosing malnutrition. This module will guide you through the application of these criteria to ensure consistent and accurate diagnosis in clinical practice. - Clinical Nutrition:
Understand the basics of clinical nutrition, including how to develop and implement personalized nutritional care plans that meet the specific needs of patients at risk of or suffering from malnutrition.
